About the Role

You will develop privacy controls for sensitive enterprise workloads across Anthropic's platform and cloud partners. You will work with engineering, legal, security, and customers to set product priorities, ship auditable controls, define success measures, and improve self-service privacy and compliance experiences.

Requirements

• Experience taking a new product area from ambiguity to a durable roadmap
• Experience shipping controls relied on by enterprises or regulators
• Experience driving platform capabilities for multiple customer segments and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize customer demand, risk, and engineering cost
• Ability to translate privacy, safety, legal risk, and commercial impact into product vision
• Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Understand privacy needs of regulated customers and internal stakeholders
• Partner with Privacy Engineering to ship privacy controls
• Co-develop solutions with design-partner customers and compliance teams
• Guide architecture and investment decisions for privacy capabilities across clouds
• Define success metrics for privacy controls
• Iterate on self-service compliance and security experiences
• Prioritize privacy, safety, legal, and commercial trade-offs
• Decide how retention, access, residency, and custody controls are enforced with engineering leads
