About the Role
You will lead trading-risk product discovery and delivery across parameter governance, AI-agent automation, controlled execution and price protection. You will research risk methodologies, build platform controls, monitor implementation, study markets, improve products through incident feedback, and codify methods and workflows.
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience in trading-related domains
- Familiarity with trading system principles and risky scenarios
- Ability to design multi-step automation and agentic workflows
- Understanding of access control and audit boundaries
- Systems thinking and technical judgment
- Experience with real-time highly available data-intensive systems
- Experience with data-driven product decisions and risk change management
- Experience with simulation, backtesting, stress testing, production monitoring and incident reviews
- Cross-functional leadership and project execution
- Logical thinking and clear communication
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or technical field preferred
- Understanding of trading and risk mechanisms preferred
- Experience in a high-throughput trading environment preferred
- Experience scaling AI agents or human-in-the-loop workflows preferred
