About the Role

You will shape core exchange systems spanning order management, matching, margin, risk, lending, borrowing, spot trading, and derivatives. You will define product direction, build market intelligence and monitoring capabilities, research competitors and trader needs, and drive delivery from specification through launch. You will also design and ship AI agent workflows for the domain, including tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

Requirements

• Build sophisticated backend systems in crypto or traditional finance
• Apply AI-native workflow automation
• Demonstrate logical thinking, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional resource coordination
• Maintain an interest in trading, blockchain, and finance
• Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Manage core exchange systems across order management, matching, margin, risk, lending, borrowing, spot, and derivatives
• Design systems that meet financial regulatory requirements with Legal, Compliance, and local market teams
• Research traders and competing crypto and traditional finance systems
• Build data and monitoring layers for product and market awareness
• Set the three- to twelve-month product direction and roadmap
• Drive products from specification through launch with engineering, design, operations, and marketing
• Design and ship multi-step AI agent workflows for Core Trading
