About the Role

You will own CRM and sales-tooling strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across B2B sales teams. You will translate business needs into product requirements, improve intake and workflows, guide Salesforce and integration decisions, partner with technical and business stakeholders, and improve CRM adoption and data quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role supporting sales, revenue, or go-to-market technology
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including objects, record types, flows, assignment rules, and declarative configuration
  • Experience owning a product roadmap and prioritizing competing stakeholder requests
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business requests into actionable technical requirements
  • Product requirements and specification writing skills
  • Experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline stages, lead routing, account management, and forecasting
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM and sales-tooling strategy and roadmap
  • Prioritize stakeholder needs and sequence work against delivery capacity
  • Assess incoming CRM needs and translate them into scoped work
  • Improve intake and prioritization processes for CRM enhancements
  • Define ownership of CRM records, workflows, integrations, and data
  • Partner with sales leaders and users to improve lead management, account management, forecasting, and data quality
  • Write product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Engineering on CRM integrations and escalation paths
  • Apply Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge to scope and evaluate solutions
  • Improve CRM adoption, workflow consistency, sales productivity, and data quality
