About the Role
You will own the vision, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and quality of an internal collaboration platform. You will lead engineering work, integrate Claude and internal systems, manage safety and privacy tradeoffs, conduct user discovery, and establish reusable product-management practices.
Requirements
- Have delivered company-wide outcomes with clear attribution
- Have led company-wide initiatives and multiple workstreams to completion
- Have shipped products that leverage emerging model capabilities
- Have experience making safety, privacy, and data tradeoffs
- Have systematic customer understanding and user-tradeoff judgment
- Have experience building or scaling collaboration, workflow, or productivity platforms
- Have experience partnering with IT, Security, and engineering stakeholders
- Understand identity, permissions, data classification, and auditability
- Have hands-on experience building products with Claude or other frontier models
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and a three-to-six-month collaboration strategy
- Own company-wide adoption, engagement, and satisfaction outcomes
- Prioritize product demand and explain tradeoffs
- Lead engineering work from discovery through launch
- Set and maintain the platform quality bar
- Drive collaboration, Claude-agent, and internal-stack integration workstreams
- Design for future model capabilities
- Manage safety, privacy, and data-handling tradeoffs
- Run discovery, dogfooding, and feedback loops
- Establish reusable product-management practices within Business Technology
- Contribute to product-management hiring
