About BNB Chain
BNB Chain is an open, permissionless blockchain ecosystem for building Web3 apps. It includes BNB Smart Chain (EVM L1), opBNB (L2), and BNB Greenfield for decentralized storage, all powered by the BNB token. The network rebranded from Binance Chain/Smart Chain to BNB Chain in 2022, and in 2024 migrated Beacon Chain staking/governance to BSC as part of the BNB Chain Fusion.

About the Role
You will define and execute product strategy for developer and ecosystem products across DeFi, payments, AI, stablecoins, and real-world assets. You will own product roadmaps, conduct competitive research, translate strategy into requirements, write PRDs and user stories, define success metrics, manage product lifecycles, align cross-functional stakeholders, analyze on-chain data, and produce research and strategy documents.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience in Web3 or blockchain
- Track record of shipping products on a major chain
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals including account models, smart contracts, gas mechanics, consensus, and cross-chain bridges
- Experience evaluating DeFi protocols such as AMMs, lending markets, stablecoins, and liquidity incentives
- Familiarity with on-chain data tools including Dune Analytics, DefiLlama, BscScan, and Etherscan
- Ability to write structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and measuring product impact
- Experience working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience producing research reports, executive memos, and strategy documents
