About the Role
You will identify opportunities for emerging AI capabilities to improve outcomes for underserved populations. You will build prototypes, lead 0-to-1 product development, define strategy for experimental initiatives, and operate programs that help beneficial organizations successfully deploy Claude.
Requirements
- Have shipped products at a large technology company
- Have a deep technical background and experience shipping technical products with engineering teams
- Have delivered products or programs to many users or organizations
- Navigate ambiguity and find simple solutions
- Assess the risks and benefits of new technologies
- Use emerging research and prototype with AI tools such as Claude Code
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging AI capabilities that can improve outcomes for underserved populations
- Work with researchers to understand emerging capabilities and user implications
- Build prototypes to validate ideas before committing resources
- Lead 0-to-1 product development from research through shipped products
- Define strategy for experimental initiatives
- Build MVPs to validate product-market fit efficiently
- Design and run access programs for beneficial organizations
- Remove barriers that prevent organizations from deploying Claude
