About the Role

You'll own both the product people use today and the platform being built for tomorrow. This means shipping features that drive growth this quarter while architecting the systems that will power the company for years to come. You'll build products that businesses actually love using, creating consumer-grade experiences for the SMB market. As a product manager here, you're a builder. You'll use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and other LLMs to prototype UIs, write code, and ship features alongside engineers. You don't need a CS degree to build this way, just curiosity, agency, and a willingness to learn. This position is based in Lehi, UT.

Requirements

  • High agency and ability to act without waiting for permission
  • Builder mindset with a track record of shipping products customers love
  • Technical curiosity and understanding of systems
  • Preference for speed, shipping and learning over perfecting in isolation
  • Customer obsession and belief in understanding real workflows
  • Excitement for using AI to build products
  • Experience building 0 to 1 products that scaled to real customer adoption preferred
  • Experience with AI agents LLMs or human-in-the-loop systems preferred
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor to build prototypes or ship code preferred
  • Startup or founder experience preferred
  • Vertical SaaS or SMB product experience preferred
  • Technical background with ability to read or write Python React or SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy end-to-end, defining what to build and why, from customer-facing features to platform infrastructure
  • Build, don't just spec, using AI tools to prototype, write code, and ship alongside engineers
  • Spend time with customers watching how they work and identifying what's missing
  • Ship with speed, get features in front of customers fast, learn from real usage, and iterate based on data
  • Make company-level decisions on architecture choices, partnership strategy, and integration priorities
  • Design for scale by building systems, patterns, and platforms other teams will leverage
