About the Role
You will lead the development of Inworld's realtime models and products, empowering developers to build the next generation of consumer-facing AI applications. The role combines product strategy, prioritization, hands-on building, and collaboration with AI researchers and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable developer experiences.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- 6+ years of product management experience and a strong track record of building 0-to-1 developer products in high-growth environments.
- Excitement about building real-time AI infrastructure at consumer scale, including multimodal models, pipelines, and tools.
- Strong product judgment and comfort owning outcomes in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Founder-level mindset with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and work independently.
- Hands-on builder who uses AI coding tools to navigate codebases, prototype features, run experiments, and analyze data.
- Passion for learning and staying current with advances in AI and its applications.
- Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Drive product vision and strategy for Inworld's products.
- Develop prototypes and ship production features and products in collaboration with engineering.
- Translate complex AI capabilities and technical constraints into developer-friendly product experiences.
- Work with C-level executives and industry leaders to align product vision with business goals.
- Partner with AI researchers and engineers to connect technical innovation with developer needs.
- Synthesize partner and ecosystem feedback into product requirements and a prioritized roadmap, leading pre- and post-launch execution.
