About the Role
You will evaluate LLM models, grow the LLM portfolio, manage model and inference-provider relationships, and guide customers through LLM adoption. You will define roadmap priorities, plan LLM usage, cost, and capacity, and coordinate execution with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises
- Experience spanning AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities
- Strong technical background
- Experience with UX-driven and API-driven products
- Experience with third-party product partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM models
- Define the roadmap for the LLM portfolio
- Manage relationships with inference and model providers
- Determine product strategy for customer LLM experimentation
- Plan LLM usage, cost, and capacity
- Drive customer enablement and adoption of LLM capabilities
