About the Role
Own the Account Verification strategy and roadmap, improve authentication and verification flows, expand verification methods, create self-service and experimentation tools, coordinate account and payment experiences, and represent the product with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in product management or equivalent founder or operator roles.
- Experience building and scaling products, ideally in fintech or payments.
- Strategic vision and executional drive.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Cross-functional leadership and influence across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Comfort using data and AI tools for writing, analysis, prototyping, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Own the Account Verification strategy and roadmap from long-term vision through near-term priorities.
- Reimagine authentication experiences for recurring payments, e-commerce, and account funding.
- Expand verification capabilities across open banking, database authentication, microdeposits, and other methods.
- Drive self-service, experimentation, and orchestration tools for configuring verification paths.
- Partner across account setup, risk management, and money movement experiences.
- Represent account verification with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Make bold decisions and scale the product.
