Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the emerging markets portfolio
- Prioritize new markets and assess competitive opportunities
- Create product plans covering regulatory scoping, localization, build-buy-partner decisions and sequencing
- Own pricing, activation, funding conversion and retention outcomes
- Run customer discovery across markets
- Own customer journeys from onboarding through retention and reactivation
- Meet KYC and AML obligations while improving conversion
- Use customer feedback to improve products
- Drive experimentation and innovation
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with Compliance, Operations and Finance on regulated market operations
- Represent portfolio needs to central Product and Technology teams
- Set product leadership standards across emerging markets
