About the Role
You will own the overall product strategy, roadmap, and long-term planning for the company's general product lines, translating business objectives into clear, actionable product directions and priorities. You will make informed trade-offs across trading, growth, account systems, and end-user experience to maximize return on resource allocation. You will develop a deep understanding of the business model and work closely with Business, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure products launch successfully and deliver measurable outcomes. You will build and lead the general product team, including hiring, developing, and managing the performance of product managers, while establishing product methodologies and operating mechanisms to promote professionalism and delivery efficiency. You will take hands-on ownership of critical initiatives when needed, acting as the primary accountable owner to resolve complex problems. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve cross-team dependencies, drive decision-making in complex organizational environments, and continuously track core metrics to optimize product outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred
- 8+ years of product experience, including 3–5+ years of product team management experience
- Experience with complex product ecosystems; familiarity with trading products, account systems, or B2B back-office platforms is a strong plus
- Ability to understand technical implementation, user experience, and business objectives simultaneously, with strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Highly results-oriented, with the ability to execute effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments
