About the Role
You will partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and leadership stakeholders to evaluate investments, resource allocation, and product performance. You will develop financial models and reporting for pricing, AI usage, infrastructure costs, profitability, forecasting, and long-range planning, while improving financial processes and automation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or product finance at a high-growth technology company
- Financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering organizations
- Understanding of SaaS business models and cloud or software infrastructure economics
- Strong SQL and BigQuery skills
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with AI or LLM cost structures, usage-based pricing, or cloud infrastructure economics is a plus
- Experience with BI tools or financial-planning systems is preferred
- Experience supporting product-led growth or AI-native products is a plus
- Knowledge of consumption-based revenue models and overage mechanics is a plus
- Exposure to cloud cost allocation, GCP, AWS, Azure, or FinOps is a plus
- Exposure to SQL and basic scripting for large-dataset analysis is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate product investments, roadmap priorities, and resource allocation with Product and Engineering leaders
- Build financial models for new products, AI usage economics, and infrastructure cost forecasting
- Analyze product revenue, customer adoption, and margin drivers
- Support pricing, packaging, and monetization analysis for SaaS and consumption-based offerings
- Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership reviews
- Analyze customer profitability and expansion opportunities with GTM and Revenue Operations
- Drive annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build cost-per-query models for LLM and cloud-infrastructure spend
- Identify infrastructure-cost optimization opportunities
- Improve financial processes, reporting automation, and decision-making frameworks
