About the Role
You will turn interpretability research into usable product features, own full-stack product development, build APIs and interfaces, connect features to model-analysis infrastructure, and improve product workflows, reliability, performance, reproducibility, and observability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building production software
- Experience building user-facing products, data-intensive systems, or AI/ML products
- Strong engineering fundamentals across the stack with depth in frontend, backend, systems, or product infrastructure
- Strong product judgment
- Comfort working across research, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams
- Understanding of model internals and their use in making AI systems more reliable and useful
Responsibilities
- Turn interpretability research into production-ready product features
- Build full-stack features, APIs, workflows, and interfaces
- Ensure product systems are performant, reproducible, observable, and stable
- Identify workflow improvements and help shape product direction
- Connect product features to infrastructure for model analysis, training, inference, and experimentation
