Lead features from problem discovery through production deployment, using AI-native workflows to iterate quickly, deploy MVPs, gather user feedback, make autonomous product decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders and users to build scalable software.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications
• Experience with TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-driven development, and modern build pipelines
• Good understanding of system design and complex systems
• Strong product intuition for applying AI to solve real user problems

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development through scoping, architecture, deployment, and iteration based on live user data
• Integrate AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude into daily workflow
• Exercise product judgment and fill requirement gaps without exhaustive specifications
• Deploy MVPs quickly to gather real-world feedback and iterate
• Partner with stakeholders and users to translate pain points into functional, scalable software
• Work proactively across the organization to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence
