About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of features, from initial problem discovery to production deployment. You will leverage AI-native workflows and tools to iterate quickly, deploy MVPs, and gather real user feedback. You will make autonomous product decisions, fill requirement gaps, and collaborate directly with stakeholders and users to translate pain points into functional, scalable software. You will work across the organization to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with React or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and component-driven development
- Experience with modern build pipelines
- Good understanding of system design and working with complex systems
- Strong product intuition for applying AI to solve real user problems
Responsibilities
- Lead feature development through scoping, architecture, deployment, and iteration based on live user data
- Integrate AI tools such as Cursor Copilot and Claude into daily workflow to accelerate velocity
- Exercise product judgment and fill requirement gaps without exhaustive specifications
- Deploy MVPs quickly to gather real-world feedback and iterate
- Partner with stakeholders and users to translate pain points into functional scalable software
- Work proactively across the organization to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence
