About the Role
You will lead strategy, planning, and iteration for VIP products, including benefits systems, personalized campaigns, exclusive offerings, and customized services. You will turn VIP customer needs into product features, improve lifecycle management, coordinate delivery across functions, develop localized strategies, and use data and feedback to improve user experience, trading volume, and assets under management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience
- Deep understanding of the Web3 and crypto industry
- Knowledge of exchange products, including institutional services, API trading, and VIP incentive programs
- Cross-team communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English and Chinese
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and iteration of VIP products, including benefits systems, personalized campaigns, exclusive offerings, and customized services
- Translate VIP customer needs into actionable product features
- Lead the design and optimization of VIP customer lifecycle management solutions
- Coordinate collaboration across research and development, design, operations, and risk control to deliver projects on time and at high quality
- Monitor global market trends and develop localized VIP product strategies
- Use data analysis and customer feedback to optimize user experience and grow trading volume and assets under management
- Establish competitor analysis mechanisms to evaluate VIP service differentiators
