About the Role
You will own the translation and quality-evaluation pipeline using large language models and build AI-assisted localisation monitoring and remediation. You will establish release controls, protect conversion across key user journeys, reduce severe and recurring production issues, and align product, design, engineering, content, and compliance around localisation quality.

Responsibilities
- Use LLMs for translation and quality evaluation at scale
- Maintain translation quality while expanding language, content, and release coverage
- Ensure localisation issues are detected before release, monitored after release, and verified after remediation
- Protect conversion on key user journeys from language issues
- Reduce severe and recurring production issues
- Make localisation quality a shared responsibility across product, design, engineering, content, and compliance
- Turn identified issues into preventive system capabilities
