About the Role
You will shape AI-assisted HR experiences for small business owners and HR experts. You will lead service design, evaluate AI outputs, define trust and failure patterns, co-lead product direction, frame ambiguous problems, and conduct research in a high-stakes compliance domain.
Requirements
- Experience shipping AI-powered experiences to production
- Service design experience for products with multiple stakeholders
- Journey mapping experience
- Service blueprinting experience
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated design and content
- Cross-functional product judgment
- Comfort with ambiguity
- 5+ years of product design experience
- B2B SaaS experience
- Web design experience
- Figma experience
Responsibilities
- Shape the end-to-end experience of HR Assist, HR Partner Console, Compliance Intelligence, and HR Documents
- Lead service design across the two-sided product
- Evaluate AI outputs and decide when to ship, override, or involve humans
- Define trust, uncertainty, graceful failure, and human override patterns
- Co-lead product direction with product, engineering, and data partners
- Frame ambiguous problems and align partners
- Conduct and direct customer and HR partner research
