About the Role
You will lead end-to-end design for a generative-media workspace. You will set direction for discovery, experimentation, and iteration; design prompt and handoff workflows; partner with Product and Engineering; prototype and test interaction models; and raise the quality of AI creation experiences.

- Systems thinking
- Experience designing multi-format products
- Communication skills for design reviews and cross-functional trade-offs
- Experience solving novel generative-media design problems
- Experience using user and customer feedback
Responsibilities
- Own the workspace evolution from a single-format surface to a scalable multi-format creation hub
- Set design direction for discovery, experimentation, and iteration across formats
- Influence adjacent product areas to maintain coherence
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define principles, quality standards, and metrics
- Prototype and test interaction models
- Improve prompt UX, format balance, iteration workflows, and AI creation experiences
