About the Role

You will lead and grow the Product Design team, set its vision and quality bar, and shape product strategy with executive, Product, and Engineering partners. You will guide high-impact initiatives from exploration through launch, establish effective design processes, and translate emerging AI capabilities into intuitive experiences across text, image, audio, motion, and video.

Requirements

• Experience building, managing, and developing high-performing product design teams
• Experience designing and shipping complex consumer products across mobile and desktop
• Strong product judgment and design taste
• Ability to work across strategy, people leadership, and detailed product critique
• Ability to create clarity and make decisions in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale and align stakeholders
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, craft, and impact on shipped products

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and quality bar for Product Design
• Lead, mentor, and develop product designers
• Build the design team, its structure, capabilities, and culture
• Partner with executive, Product, and Engineering teams on product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Guide complex product initiatives from exploration through launch
• Establish design critique, craft, user-centered decision-making, and delivery processes
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into intuitive interaction models and product experiences
