About the Role
You will deploy and integrate humanoid robot solutions at customer sites across North America. You will gather requirements, build lab test environments, conduct demonstrations and testing, support proof-of-concept projects, collect product feedback, perform minor maintenance, and work with internal teams to improve deployment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience with robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance skills
- Experience managing robotics or automation pilot projects and deployment processes
- Problem-solving and technical diagnosis skills
- Organisational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% across North America and occasionally to Europe
Responsibilities
- Support deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations
- Visit customer facilities to gather data and assess integration requirements
- Build physical twins, test rigs, and lab test environments
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver live demonstrations at expos and industry events
- Test product releases and support delivery to customer sites
- Support solution integration at customer facilities
- Plan, organise, and supervise on-site proof-of-concept and pilot projects
- Collect and analyse product data and customer feedback
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic systems
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to optimise deployment strategies
