About the Role
You will own assigned customer delivery programs from production completion through customer acceptance and shipment. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery activities, validate product configurations and documentation, lead Factory Acceptance Testing inventory activities and customer acceptance events, resolve delivery risks, and improve delivery workflows.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in product delivery, manufacturing, operations, quality, logistics, maintenance, program execution, or another complex hardware-focused environment
- Independently manage complex workstreams and competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Maintain configuration integrity across complex hardware, documentation, and customer deliverables
- Resolve complex operational problems and ambiguous situations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Lead customer-facing activities or work directly with customers
- Manage multiple concurrent customer programs while meeting quality and schedule commitments
- Review technical documentation, engineering drawings, bills of material, build documentation, or configuration management records
- Use ERP/MRP systems
- Communicate effectively with customers and multiple organizations
- Frequently lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Travel domestically and internationally to support customer acceptance activities and delivery events
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned customer delivery programs from production completion through customer acceptance and shipment
- Coordinate delivery execution across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing Planning, Flight Operations, Logistics, Program Management, and customers
- Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate corrective actions
- Lead Factory Acceptance Testing inventory activities and customer acceptance events
- Validate product configurations and customer-facing documentation
- Coordinate final delivery readiness and maintain configuration integrity
- Improve delivery workflows and establish standardized Product Delivery practices
