About the Role

Support Product Operations across Startale App, Strium, Soneium, and JPYSC by designing operational systems, improving customer support, structuring user feedback, maintaining product knowledge and SOPs, managing tools, building AI workflows, measuring operational health, and assisting users directly when needed.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience.
  • Business-level or higher English.
  • At least two listed qualifications.
  • Experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, financial institutions, or high-growth startups.
  • Project execution experience in a corporate planning function.
  • Experience building automation, workflows, tools, or pipelines with AI.
  • Experience launching and operating a project, organization, community, or newsletter.
  • Experience facing real users through customer support or community operations.
  • Ability to quickly understand financial and onchain structures.
  • Curiosity about Web3 products, wallets, tokens, and decentralized applications.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools and new models.

Responsibilities

  • Design, improve, and operate the customer-support system.
  • Build feedback loops from users to product and engineering.
  • Structure support tickets, Discord discussions, and social-media feedback.
  • Operate weekly product feedback summaries.
  • Maintain release notes and internal FAQs.
  • Write and maintain SOPs for incidents, releases, announcements, triage, refunds, and escalations.
  • Manage product-team tools including Notion, Linear, analytics, support tools, and feature flags.
  • Build AI workflows for ticket clustering, reply drafts, feedback summaries, release notes, and sentiment monitoring.
  • Define and report operational health metrics.
  • Respond directly to users when necessary.
