About the Role
You will plan and operate new products and services for a virtual-asset exchange. You will benchmark domestic and international exchanges and DeFi services, design margin, leverage, staking, coin-lending, and algorithm-based investment products, plan marketing and promotional services, design service flows and screens, and lead collaboration with design, backend, frontend, and QA teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of web or mobile service planning experience
- End-to-end experience from writing service plans through development, launch, and operations
- Strong communication and requirements-definition skills
- Experience solving problems and improving services based on data
- Experience with virtual-asset exchanges, fintech, or financial institutions is preferred
- Experience planning derivatives or investment products such as margin trading, leverage, staking, or lending is preferred
- Understanding of global exchange services and DeFi protocols is preferred
- UI/UX expertise and a user-experience-focused approach are preferred
- Experience leading projects and launching new services is preferred
