About the Role

You will build and operate privacy automation, including scripts, scheduled jobs, API integrations, and LLM-based agents. You will own data subject requests, data inventory and ROPA processes, retention and deletion controls, privacy reviews, consent handling, and validation of AI-data practices.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in privacy, GRC, IT audit, information security, or a related field
Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
Familiarity with ISO 27701, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, and NIST
Experience with data subject requests, ROPA or data inventory maintenance, privacy impact assessments, or retention enforcement
Experience automating work with AI tooling, scripts, workflow builders, or privacy/GRC automation
Working proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language
Hands-on familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong written communication

Responsibilities

Build privacy automation using scripts, scheduled jobs, API integrations, and LLM-based agents
Own the automated data subject rights request pipeline
Build and maintain a data inventory and ROPA from environment data
Review designs and pull requests for data handling and privacy-by-design practices
Implement and verify retention and deletion controls
Support consent management and preference handling
Trace and validate customer-data handling across training, fine-tuning, inference, and logging
Take on evolving privacy projects
