About the Role
You will provide hands-on technical leadership for data infrastructure and analytics initiatives. You will design semantic models, knowledge graph capabilities, data pipelines, and intent-driven data access. You will translate business objectives into data initiatives and communicate architectural recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles with Snowflake, SQL, and Python
- Experience designing semantic data models, business ontologies, governed data products, and metadata-driven architectures
- Knowledge of data catalogs, lineage, governance, and business glossaries
- Hands-on experience with graph databases, vector databases, document retrieval systems, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures
- Experience integrating large language models, agents, copilots, or agentic workflows with enterprise data platforms
- Knowledge of data architecture, Azure or AWS, and data workflow orchestration
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, set architectural direction, and oversee delivery for AI-enabled data platform initiatives
- Design semantic data models, ontologies, governed data products, and knowledge graph capabilities
- Build intent-driven data access across structured data, semantic models, graph databases, vector stores, and unstructured content
- Design reliable and scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms
- Own end-to-end technical design, data governance, security, automation, and sustainability
- Translate strategic objectives into prioritized data initiatives with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Communicate technical concepts and architectural recommendations to management and technical stakeholders
