About the Role
You will lead end-to-end product design strategy for new digital experiences, balancing user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and long-term product vision. You will conduct user research, create visual designs, use appropriate AI design tools, define KPI-driven solutions, work with technical and business stakeholders, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in visual design and user research
- 10+ years of experience building products
- Experience creating and driving business KPIs
- Experience with emerging AI tools such as Figma Make
- Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Technical acumen
- Ability to synthesize data-driven insights and solve complex problems
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end product design strategy
