About the Role
You will lead the technical direction for system-level manufacturing test. You will turn product requirements into test strategies, define and maintain test platforms and diagnostic solutions, resolve complex test issues, and improve quality across boards, blades, and rack-level systems.
Requirements
- Experience in PCBA and system product validation in production manufacturing test environments
- Understanding of electronics fundamentals, PCBA, blade, and rack-level manufacturing processes and failure mechanisms
- Proficiency with Linux command-line environments and technical troubleshooting
- Experience operating test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, clock generators, SMUs, and PSUs
- Problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for system-level manufacturing test

- Define, deploy, and maintain test platforms, fixtures, and diagnostic solutions
- Resolve complex test issues and drive product improvements
- Partner with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams
