Skills
About the Role
You will design and deliver compliance-platform solutions covering KYC onboarding, identity verification, screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting. You will integrate AI and ML models into Java services while maintaining deterministic controls, auditability, reliable inference, and human review for high-stakes decisions. You will lead technical delivery, resolve complex problems, set code-quality practices, and collaborate across Data Science, Risk, and Legal. You will also establish AI engineering practices for prompts, evaluations, agentic workflows, and AI-generated code review in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Apply a compliance-first systems mindset using state machines, idempotency, exactly-once semantics, reconciliation jobs, and immutable audit logs
- Use modern AI coding tools fluently, such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex CLI
- Integrate AI and ML model inference into Java services using REST or gRPC
- Build feature-engineering pipelines, optimize latency-sensitive inference, and implement degradation, drift, and rollback playbooks
- Have production experience with RAG, agentic workflows, or LLM-based classification or extraction
- Implement evaluations, hallucination tests, prompt regression suites, and human-in-the-loop review for LLM features
- Understand distributed-system principles including CAP, consistency, idempotency, and delivery semantics
- Communicate clearly with non-engineers, compliance officers, auditors, and regulators
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical solutions across KYC, identity verification, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting
- Build AI and ML-powered capabilities for screening disambiguation, document verification, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and analyst assistance
- Lead project research and development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Integrate AI models into KYC, screening, and monitoring workflows
- Collaborate with Data Science, Risk, and Legal to productionize models and deliver reliable, auditable inference infrastructure
- Define and enforce boundaries between probabilistic AI and deterministic compliance logic
- Establish AI engineering practices for agentic coding, prompt libraries, evaluation suites, and human review
Benefits
- Competitive total compensation package
- Learning and development programs and education subsidy, including budget for AI tools, courses, and conferences
- Team-building programs and company events
- Wellness and meal allowances
- Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
