About the Role
You will build, automate, and operate a secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS and Kubernetes cloud platform. You will develop infrastructure tooling and deployment pipelines, manage production alerts and incident investigations, support deployments and on-call operations, and build reliable AI agents and platforms for SRE workflows.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or SaaS operations
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure and Terraform experience
- 3+ years of experience with containerized cloud solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS EKS
- 5+ years of experience with Go, Python, Bash, or Perl
- 5+ years of experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration-management tools
- Hands-on experience with Linux or Unix platforms
- Hands-on production experience building agentic AI systems, including tool integrations, evaluation, and failure handling
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience introducing AI into an engineering organization's SDLC with measurable results
- 3+ years of experience with observability tools
- 3+ years of experience with AWS RDS or Aurora MySQL
Responsibilities
- Support the public cloud platform using cloud services and containerization
- Develop infrastructure automation with Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, and Golang
- Create and manage production alerts, respond to incidents, and conduct root-cause investigations
- Develop automated operational runbooks
- Support deployment of the workforce management solution during and outside regular office hours
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Build and operate AI agents for incident triage, runbook execution, alert enrichment, and capacity and cost analysis
- Own guardrails, rollback mechanisms, and reliability for AI agents
- Build a platform for safe agent development with sandboxing, scoped credentials, tool and MCP integrations, cost controls, and observability
