About the Role
Own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI and agent platform or application products, defining roadmaps and technical requirements, leading development from conception through launch, writing product documentation, measuring performance, and identifying opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or an equivalent field.
- 5+ years of industry experience, including at least 3+ years in technical product management.
- Strong technical background and experience delivering complex technical products at scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive product roadmaps for AI and agent platform components or application products.
- Define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilities with science and engineering teams.
- Lead product development from conception through launch, including PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements.
- Develop success metrics, analyze product performance, and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with UX teams to optimize user experience across Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces.
- Build partnerships with science, engineering, design, business development, and legal stakeholders.
- Balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements in technical decisions.
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa capabilities.
