About the Role
You will define go-to-market strategy for Glean Intelligence, including models, Model Hub, evaluations, and evaluation harnesses. You will translate technical architecture into positioning and launch plans, create technical content, develop market perspectives, support customer education, and equip customer-facing teams to drive adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience or related experience
- BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or a related degree
- Experience in AI infrastructure, enterprise software, data platforms, or a related technical category
- Knowledge of LLMs, multimodal models, inference, context windows, RAG, embeddings, agents, model routing, evaluations, benchmarking, and enterprise data architectures
- Technical storytelling and writing skills
- Experience bringing complex technical products to market
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Intelligence
- Translate architecture and customer value into positioning, messaging, and launch plans
- Lead end-to-end launches for models and platform capabilities
- Create technical content and customer stories
- Define market perspectives on model quality, reliability, safety, and enterprise AI deployment
- Bring Model Hub to market
- Enable sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and partners
