About the Role

You will guide product performance from launch through production ramp and sustained high-volume manufacturing. You will use manufacturing data to identify reliability, quality, yield and cost improvements across chips, boards, blades and rack-scale systems. You will work with manufacturing, test, quality, data and external partners to release products and solve production challenges.

Requirements

• Semiconductor product engineering, test engineering or manufacturing engineering capability in high-volume production
• Understanding of semiconductor, PCBA and system-level manufacturing and testing
• Statistical analysis skills including SPC, DOE, regression, hypothesis testing and Six Sigma methods
• Ability to analyse and visualise large manufacturing datasets using Python, SQL, JMP or similar tools
• Experience improving yield, quality or cost across complex manufacturing processes
• Ability to work across test, manufacturing, quality, data and external-partner teams with technical ownership
• Legal right to work in the UK
