About the Role
You will provide senior technical leadership for the operational network fleet. You will assess sites, audit readiness, review network designs, execute high-risk changes, lead incident analysis, manage vendor accountability, and travel across the fleet.
Requirements
- Experience operating mission-critical network topologies at scale
- Experience in IP network operations and optical networking
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, and physical network infrastructure
- Experience executing high-risk MOPs and leading root cause analysis
- Experience managing OEM, ODM, and deployment partners
- Clear technical writing and training skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical authority for the operational network fleet
- Lead site assessments and operational audits
- Drive network operations readiness ahead of site activation
- Review network platforms and integration designs
- Author, approve, and execute high-risk network changes
- Lead fleet-wide root cause analysis through closure
- Hold OEMs, ODMs, and service vendors accountable
- Travel 50 to 75% across the fleet
