About the Role
You will maintain data-center network fabrics and topologies at peak performance. You will support deployed fabrics, troubleshoot hardware, link, and performance issues, triage network-topology problems, collaborate on network design through deployment, and provide escalation support for internal and customer network fabrics.
Requirements
- 9+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
- 3+ years supporting networking in AI or hyperscale data centers
- Knowledge of RDMA, RoCEv2, or InfiniBand
- Knowledge of congestion control and lossless Ethernet technologies including PFC, ECN, and DCQCN
- Experience operating 400G and 800G network fabrics
- Experience with optical transceivers
- Experience with non-blocking multi-tier Clos networks for GPU clusters
- Troubleshooting experience with BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN
- Cross-functional collaboration with network, hardware, software, and data-center teams
Responsibilities
- Maintain data-center network fabrics and topologies at peak performance
- Collaborate on high-speed network fabric design and deployment
- Provide primary support for deployed internal AI data-center fabrics
- Escalate hardware, link, and performance issues
- Support customer network fabric escalations
- Triage issues across scale-up, scale-out, and front-end network topologies
