About the Role
You will build and maintain observability products that help engineers understand service behavior, diagnose issues, and discover telemetry data. You will solve scaling and reliability problems in logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting systems; design APIs and data pipelines; lead features; and support production troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with highly distributed systems
- API and high-throughput real-time data pipeline design
- Software reliability experience
- Go or Java
- Docker

- End-to-end project and feature delivery
Responsibilities
- Solve scaling bottlenecks in logging, metrics, traces, and alerting pipelines
- Design and evolve APIs for product engineers
- Improve observability-platform reliability and user experience
- Lead feature and product ideation, implementation, and adoption
- Contribute to planning and refinement while reducing complexity and dependencies
- Respond to alerts, support engineers, and troubleshoot production issues
