About the Role
You will lead the technical direction for manufacturing test solutions across host processor modules, server blades, and multi-node rack systems. You will own test-executive architecture, develop test content, improve quality through data, mentor engineers, and coordinate testing with hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience developing and deploying manufacturing test solutions for high-performance servers, accelerators, or comparable compute hardware
- Technical leadership as an individual contributor
- Understanding of silicon, board, and system design
- Cross-functional collaboration with software, firmware, and platform teams
- Experience using Linux, OpenBMC, vendor test tools, diagnostics, and system utilities
- Software engineering skills in scripting and automation
- Python, Bash, or similar scripting experience
