About the Role

You will facilitate high-impact live and virtual learning events using advanced facilitation techniques. You will consult with leaders and HR partners on learning needs, tailor learning solutions, measure their impact, and strengthen facilitation and inclusive engagement practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 years of experience, or a master's degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Formal instructor-led facilitation experience in the learning or talent industry.
  • Advanced facilitation skills and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and industry best practices.
  • Ability to lead programs independently and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and use data to influence decision-makers.
  • Learning, facilitation, and business acumen.
  • Capability-based learning and development, learning delivery methods, presentation skills, learning analysis, learning needs analysis, advising, critical thinking, communication, influencing, strategic thinking, and professional credibility.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate high-impact live and virtual learning events using advanced facilitation techniques and learning methodologies.
  • Build relationships through consulting, risk mitigation, and follow-up to ensure learning is applied and measured.
  • Develop and tailor solutions with learning professionals and project teams for complex learning needs.
  • Advise leaders and HR partners on learning needs, agendas, and priorities.
  • Build organizational capability in facilitation, engagement, and inclusive practices.
