About the Role
You will intake, execute, and track requests to collect electronically stored information, including email, messages, documents, backup tapes, and databases. You will maintain workflow records, validate collected data, deliver data accurately and on time, communicate with legal and business partners, and improve eDiscovery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of the eDiscovery process and Electronic Discovery Reference Model
- Familiarity with electronic data preservation, collection, and analysis
- Familiarity with electronic communications, including email, social networks, instant messaging, wikis, and blogs
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Intake, execute, and track requests to collect electronically stored information
- Collect email, instant messages, electronic documents, backup tapes, and database data
- Log and update request details in the workflow database
- Communicate request status to eDiscovery, litigation support, legal, security, compliance, and business users
- Confirm the accuracy of collected data and search results
- Deliver data accurately and on time
- Refine and document eDiscovery processes
