About the Role
You will own the technical direction for offline video generation across pre-training and post-training. You will define a long-term roadmap, resolve difficult architectural and training problems, accelerate research-to-production delivery, and coach researchers and engineers.
Requirements
- Experience training large-scale video generation models from scratch
- Experience with multi-node training and large-scale data pipelines
- Post-training expertise with RLHF, GRPO, and DPO
- Data quality expertise
- Strategic research direction and hands-on execution

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical direction for offline video generation
