About the Role
You will co-direct the AI research program with the founder, shaping research direction and technical execution. You will develop reinforcement-learning post-training methods, build and debug model training infrastructure and evaluation metrics, and align biological measurements with model learning.

Responsibilities
- Co-direct the research program with the founder
- Develop reinforcement-learning feedback loops for biological language models
- Architect model training infrastructure
- Build, run, and debug models, training loops, and evaluation metrics
- Partner with the experimental team to align measurements and model learning
