About the Role

You will lead the architecture, development, and lifecycle management of conversational chatbot products for enterprise and consumer use cases. You will build and optimize real-time, autonomous chatbot systems, define technical direction, and deliver production-grade conversational AI platforms. You will design intent routing and fallback strategies, evaluate dialogue quality, run experiments and A/B tests, and ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• At least 10 years of industry experience
• Deep understanding of industrial dialogue systems, including orchestration layers, intent classification, policy control, and fallback strategies
• Experience deploying large-scale conversational products in production environments
• Experience designing multi-tier intent routing and training classifiers for high-accuracy task allocation
• Experience building structured dialogue evaluation frameworks
• Experience driving automated bad-case discovery, logging systems, experiment design, and A/B testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Ensure system scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of AI-powered solutions in the crypto exchange domain
