About the Role
You will oversee premium-agency operations and manage cash movement between safe and account balances. You will count bills reconcile transactions record activity in the treasury system coordinate cash-in-transit transactions report discrepancies manage agency materials and escalate operational feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in cash management reconciliation liquidity management cash handling or delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in finance economics mathematics or an equivalent field
- Strong proficiency in French
- Front-office customer service or banking experience
- Vigilance attention to detail and integrity
- Knowledge of Wave products is advantageous
- English and local-language skills are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage cash movements between the safe and PCA accounts
- Count end-of-day bills and prepare daily statements
- Record cash-management transactions in the treasury system
- Request funds to rebalance with agents and customers
- Manage cash-in-transit transactions
- Report discrepancies and challenges from Premium Cash Assistants
- Report counterfeit bills to management
- Maintain furniture and materials
- Help secure the office
- Escalate feedback affecting agency activity
