About the Role
You will serve as a first point of contact for customers and agents. You will support liquidity needs explain products and account services reconcile premium-point transactions record cash activity request funds report discrepancies and escalate counterfeit bills or other challenges.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in cash management reconciliation liquidity management cash handling or delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in finance economics mathematics or an equivalent field
- Strong proficiency in French
- Front-office customer service or banking experience
- Vigilance attention to detail and integrity
- Knowledge of Wave products is advantageous
- English and local-language skills are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Support nearby agents with deposits and withdrawals
- Assist customers and agents with products accounts the system app and physical cards
- Reconcile premium points daily
- Record cash-management transactions in the treasury system
- Request funds to rebalance with agents and customers
- Report discrepancies and operational challenges
- Report counterfeit bills to leadership
