About the Role
You will support agents with deposits, withdrawals, and liquidity needs. You will assist customers and agents with products and account opening, reconcile premium points daily, record cash transactions in the treasury system, request funds for rebalancing, and report discrepancies and counterfeit bills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of cashier experience in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in French.
- Experience in front-office customer service or banking.
Responsibilities
- Support agents with deposits, withdrawals, and liquidity needs.
- Assist agents and customers with products, account opening, and system use.
- Maintain daily reconciliation of premium points.
- Record cash-management transactions in the treasury system.
- Request funds for agent and customer rebalancing.
- Report discrepancies, challenges, and counterfeit bills.
