About the Role
You will assess and select premium outlets, secure and approve premises, and coordinate outlet setup, licensing and branding. You will train agents, complete outlet handovers, monitor performance and maintenance, manage insurance and service-provider contracts, and maintain relationships with agents and landlords.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in French and a decent level of English
- Ability to relocate if needed
- Knowledge of supervision and monitoring of building works
- In-depth knowledge of the product and agent network
- Work authorization in Côte d’Ivoire
Responsibilities
- Assess and select premium agent outlets
- Identify locations and acquire outlets
- Gather requirements and secure approval for premises
- Negotiate space contracts with landowners
- Coordinate outlet setup, licensing and branding
- Train and assess Premium Agents and assistants
- Conduct outlet handovers and initial training
- Monitor performance, customer feedback and mystery-shopping results
- Maintain outlets and equipment
- Monitor insurance and maintenance-service contracts
- Maintain relationships with premium agents and landlords
- Track rent payments and share evidence with outlet owners
