About the Role
You will source and secure powered land and brownfield sites, negotiate purchase, lease, and option agreements, and assess power availability and interconnection readiness. You will manage a multi-region opportunity pipeline and hand off secured sites with clean title, a proven power path, and complete diligence.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing and closing land or site acquisitions constrained by power availability
- Experience negotiating purchase, lease, and option agreements with landowners, developers, and utilities
- Ability to assess interconnection queues, utility capacity maps, or substation studies
- Experience conducting land diligence across title, zoning, environmental matters, and power paths
- Experience managing a multi-site pipeline
