About the Role
You will lead energy procurement and power-market strategy for data center capacity. You will manage relationships with utilities, grid operators, and regulators, develop market intelligence, shape regulatory strategy, align power procurement with delivery schedules, and create commercial frameworks that mitigate capacity risk.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in energy procurement, utility development, or power markets for large-scale infrastructure
- Expertise in wholesale power markets, utility interconnection, and transmission planning
- Experience securing 100+ MW of power capacity
- Experience with utility service agreements, power purchase agreements, or other offtake agreements
- Ability to analyze energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and grid constraints
- Stakeholder management experience with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, regulators, policymakers, and equipment vendors
- Ability to communicate grid and regulatory dynamics to technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities

- Structure utility partnerships and commercial agreements
- Manage utility and regulatory stakeholders across jurisdictions
- Drive energy-market and policy strategy
- Translate energy-market dynamics into capacity acceleration strategies
