About the Role

Lead product operations and launch readiness for regulated B2B2C products, operate US regulated entities, support licensing workstreams, manage regulatory and operational programs, and improve the operating model.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience.
  • Strategy consulting experience and in-house operational execution.
  • Experience in a scaling fintech, bank, or crypto firm.
  • Experience with B2B or B2B2C businesses and platform teams.
  • Working familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape.
  • Experience with compliance programs, including KYC/KYB onboarding.
  • Experience running complex cross-functional programs.
  • Excellent communication skills across regulators, boards, engineers, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products.
  • Gate product go-lives against regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across roadmap, compliance, and infrastructure programs.
  • Run day-to-day operations across US regulated entities.
  • Manage licensing maintenance, operational risk, incident management, and audit readiness.
  • Lead US licensing workstreams and NMLS filings.
  • Turn regulatory requirements into governance processes, controls, documentation, and evidence.
  • Serve as the operational counterpart to regulators and examiners.
  • Represent regulated entities in board, regulatory, and executive discussions.
  • Define core metrics and improve operating systems.
